Lucas Kupper

Lucas Kupper received his Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and Technology from ETH Zurich in 2023. In 2023, he began his Master’s studies in Medical Technology, at ETH Zurich. During his Master’s, he completed two research internships at the SCAI Lab, focusing on body modelling and gait assessment technologies, followed by his Master’s thesis on simulating gait and orthosis corrective support in neuro-muscular disorders.

In June 2025, Lucas joined the SCAI Lab as a Research Assistant, where he is continuing his thesis work and contributing to projects involving data collection with patients affected by cerebral palsy. His research interests include leveraging technology to reduce the burden on healthcare systems and to improve patient experiences.
